The article states "Three out of four households admit to hoarding broken or unwanted electrical items....Why not recycle these responsibly... you can even turn them into hard cash." They go on to say "the CeX High Street chain buys computers, laptops, LCD TVs and (digital) cameras."

CeX on Working Lunch, BBC 2
BBC TV 's daily personal finance show chose to interview CeX about buying and selling second-hand technology. The feature touched on the lively market for second hand technology. The conclusions were that most folk don't need cutting edge PCs and that old gadgets could be worth hundreds of pounds at CeX.
