It sounds like the lovely people of Wolverhampton are enjoying their local CeX store. A very awesome person wrote a letter to the Express and Star, as after finding an old phone that was just laying around, they decided to bring it to a CeX store to see what they'd get for it. B Baird was surprised that when they brought it to CeX a staff member, after doing a typical CeX quality check, the staff member came back to tell B Baird that the phone wasn't locked and that we could offer more money than previously thought. Needless to say, B Baird was over the moon! Sorted"
