How it works
1. Add the items you want to buy to your basket. Head to checkout and choose a CeX store that has your item(s) in stock to Click & Collect.
2. You will receive an email from our team once your item has been reserved and is ready. Please wait for this email before heading to your chosen store with your order number & ID to collect.
Click & Collect is FREE and subject to store stock availability. Items reserved in store for 2 days from confirmation message. ID required upon collection, find out which ID is accepted.
